Having become known for their proven expertise in innovative conceptual design and identity branding, ravendesign.ca was approached by the Royal Bank through their architects Blewett Dodd to develop "a fresh new look" for a range of new customer service elements. These were to be implemented as prototypes at various Vancouver downtown locations including the Bank's headquarters branch at Royal Centre and the busy Sea Bus Terminal.
Following a series of interviews and meetings with the Royal Bank and

their team, ravendesign.ca created a wide range of concept design options which were presented to the Bank as CGI images and photomontages showing detailed three-dimensional illustrations of the design alternatives and their contexts.
